bAsO Arts is owned by Andrea Alongi & Auric Gold


We began baso arts as a way to build a business by channeling our creative enjoyment and passions, being our own bosses is just a perk that goes with it. 

Andrea is a talented photo editor, resident Photoshop manipulator and graphic designer.  She is also a pastel artist, though; we can't get her to part with any of her very colorful paintings! Her not-so-secret love affair with color is evident in every piece she does.   She is an animal lover and advocate of spoiling the "furry kids" of the world, especially her own.

Auric has been involved with photography for most of his life and loves to use natural light to create beautiful images. “Photography” means “to draw with light” and his preference to use natural light brings photography back to its roots.  Knowing he has captured the image right at the best possible moment is what he strives for in his work.

Before your session, we take the time to get to know you and discuss the mood of the images you wish to portray.  Photo sessions are relaxed and casual making it easy to forget the camera is there.  The use of natural light is not only beautiful, but it removes the intimidation and distraction of studio light. Andrea & Auric have a gentle approach and only provide as minimal direction as necessary to make a portrait interesting and successful, allowing the subject to be as natural as possible. 

When working with Businesses, Product Photography & Graphic Design, we schedule a consultation to find out your specific needs for your photography & Graphic Design.  We do extensive research into competitors, advertisements, photography and design in order to merge your wants & needs and our creativity to give you the perfect look you need.
